The Trees is an immersive performance installation with three speakers mounted high above in the trees, set at a distance surrounding a central stage. Informal spatial concerts featured one-off collaborations and intimate experiments by members of Bon Iver, Sylvan Esso, Volcano Choir, Field Report, Poliça, Julien Baker, Gordi, Doomchild, Mouse on Mars, and Jeremy Ylvisaker. The space also featured drop-in readings by poets Hanif Abdurraqib, Kimberly Blaeser, and Michael Perry.
