Spatial Music

Spatial, ambulatory and dispersed musical performances that interface between context and sound. These ongoing works include experiments that use Bach as a tool to look at architecture, let a trumpet player loose in a museum, position a tuba player over a distant ridge, or place alphorns in a mildly mountainous terrain. Performers immerse listeners in sound and interact with a space both sonically and socially.
